Cooking in the danger zone


A man, the host of a TV show which shows how the food is in different countries. In this chapter, he travels to Chernobyl, Ukraine where the nuclear accident happened almost 30 years ago. No, the radiation level is very high, and there’s an area where people shouldn´t enter. And, of course, it’s forbidden to eat aliments produced in the exclusion area.
But the man talks with some people that avoid the food that produce themselves in the restricted area. But they don’t care about it, they say are healthy although the food mustn’t be eaten.
The host also talks with some experts, which show him that the radiation is extremely high and that it’s very dangerous. And there also people that think that is not dangerous to live there, but they don’t eat aliments produced in the restricted area because of the radiation.
I think this is an interesting and shocking video that shows what can happen if we don’t take care about how we use our knowledge and the energy. It’s hard to see all these destroyed buildings and the places where the life doesn’t exist now.
